Human Resources Associate

Full Time - We are currently seeking an Human Resources Associate to join our team of professionals. This position will split its time working onsite at both of our Princeton, NJ and our Conshohocken, PA locations. This is an exciting opportunity with great growth potential. This individual will provide overall administrative support to HR Department.

Our Ideal candidate is an individual who has 2 years experience working in a HR administrative support role and has a proven ability to effectively meet deliverable expectations and deadlines while providing excellent “customer service”.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment efforts; Create and post internal and external job postings, Coordinate placement of temporary employees, Schedule interviews, Establish and maintain contacts with local colleges and staffing agencies, May schedule and attend Career Fairs
  • Perform applicant background checks and employment verifications
  • Create and maintain HR files, ensuring compliance with all laws
  • Assist with benefits administration; including coordination of open enrollment
  • Assist in the administration of employee recognition programs
  • Assist in the coordination of corporate events
  • File and maintain employment applications and resumes in accordance to legal retention schedules
  • Assist with the creation offer letters, assemble and send out welcome package to new hires, and serve as a backup for New Hire Orientation meetings
  • Process, organize and maintain departmental invoices
  • Assist with the research, revision and implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Assist with companywide HR communications
  • Assist with annual HR audits and compliance reviews
  • Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database as needed
  • May serve as back-up for payroll
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 2 years related administrative HR experience
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Knowledge of ADP Pay Expert software/ Workforce Now and ADP Reporting preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to Organize, Prioritize Multiple Tasks/Responsibilities and Meet Deadlines
  • High Level of Attention to Detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be Customer Service Oriented and Team-Oriented
  • Ability to Maintain Confidentiality a must!
