Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a multi dimensional HR professional having broad HR experience who builds valuable relationships with the leadership of the Business Unit. The HRBP leads and manages the people management related agenda at the Business Unit. The HRBP leads the change management projects and manages the HR services to the senior leadership of the Business Unit. The HRBP is a member of the Business Unit Management team, actively supporting the Business unit key objectives and strategy initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:
-Partner closely with business leaders to link the organizational business and workforce strategies to improve organization effectiveness, talent quality, and performance
-Contribute to improving the delivery (administration) of HR programs, aligning HR strategy and people strategies with business strategies
-Support management and lead HR due diligence with changes in the organization, including the review of various organization designs, documenting position descriptions, developing compensation recommendations and implementing the changes.
-Ensure HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitors effectiveness through the tracking of key measures.

Responsibilities include:
- Recommend and ensure implementation of strategic directions for people development within the organization
-Identify strategic HR issues in partnership with key business partners and supports them with advice and expertise to resolve
-Support management with the implementation of the Performance Management Program, ensuring that goals and objectives are aligned with corporate strategy, check-point and year end review meetings occur and individual development plans are documented and implemented
-Lead the ongoing talent review process; assess and identify high performing / high potential leaders, ensure succession and development plans are in place
-Coach and assist with the development of managers
-Effectively counsel leaders on significant Employee Relations issues and reduce potential business liabilities
-Collaborates with Center of Excellence (COE's) to Identify key training needs and assists in the development of plans and timelines for design and delivery
-Develops and regularly updates a comprehensive dashboard of people-related metrics for Business Unit, collaborates with the local management team and HR Center of Excellence (COE's) to identify and prioritize programs to address areas for improvement
Provides accurate and timely information, data and advice to line managers on human resources policies practices and procedures

Qualifications

Eligibility Requirements:
-BS/BA in Management, Human Resource, Organizational Development from an accredited college or university.
-Three to five years experience in a senior HR generalist role partnering with business leaders
