Education or Training Required:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience Required (Length & Type)
Three months general office or equivalent training and experience. Prior main frame or
spreadsheet/word processing experience a must. Strong communication skills are necessary
Ability to organize, work under pressure and consistently use good customer service
skills when interacting with both internal and external customers. Ability to operate and assist
others with basic equipment including copiers, fax machines and personal computers. Ability to
learn the computerized Human Resource Information System including accurate data entry
and reporting procedures. Bilingual skills necessary. Ability to work on switchboard and
answer multiple calls and transfer calls as needed. Good attendance is required
Summary of Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
Understands and effectively communicates the Human Resources policies and procedures to
employees. Interacts with production, clerical and management staff.
Will perform several tasks simultaneously, including daily input of information and reporting.
Must be able to effectively interact with outside customers and corporate visitors.
