POSITION SUMMARY:
To support the Director, Human Resources – Americas and Director Compensation and Benefits and the Vice President Human Resources in providing a world-class service to the customers by ensuring that their needs are responded to in a timely manner and that HR processes and systems run smoothly and efficiently, taking an active role in process improvement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Compensation and Benefits Administration

Investigate and respond to any employee benefit issues that fall outside Benefits VIP responsibilities

Assist in the analysis/input of market data for global compensation and benefits

Assist with FMLA reporting/coordination as needed

Assist with 401k fund administration

Data security, HR Records, and Databases

Ensure compliance of all Americas HR records to legal and Best Practice standards

Ensure appropriate policies are in place for all HR data and documentation

Run reports/analysis/updates as needed in HRIS database

Assist with EEOC reporting including data updates

Ensure freelance/contractor information is up to date and act as a prompt when contracts are due to expire

Weekly data entry to Finance database and assist with miscellaneous Finance administrative projects as assigned.

HR Administration

Prepare written offers for internal transfers and promotions

Process all exit paperwork

Process all RCATs/employee changes

Maintain all I9 records

Coordinate with Recruiting Coordinator on new starter paperwork

Update and maintain Share Point site

Assist with annual performance process

Complete any necessary filing, scanning, storage and mailings including review of all HR incoming mail

Required Skills

Required Experience

EDUCATION/SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Intermediate MS Office knowledge, especially in Word and Excel

Understanding of working with databases and intranets

Must have worked in customer facing role

Must have previous experience in an HR Administration/Assistant role

Excellent attention to detail

Customer focused

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under tight timelines

Must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally

Sense of urgency

BA/BS strongly preferred
