The role's primary focus is in assisting the Human Resources department to sustain its operational excellence. The position reports into the Global Human Resources Manager. The role will suit an individual who is committed to and enjoys performing various Human Resources functions.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of one year experience in Human Resources, who is extremely well organized and driven, yet relaxed. Focused but flexible who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must be diligent in follow through and incredibly detail oriented. Must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Experience in a corporate environment needed.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Human Resources Generalist with benefits: medical, dental, vision, long term disability, life, workers compensation, 401k retirement plan and Cobra practice Assistance in recruitment of staff, liaise with agencies, candidate interviewing

Administrate the background check process

Conduct new hire orientations

Maintain and update personnel records

Update and maintain Human Resource database

Reporting and record keeping

Set up hotel accommodations for employees traveling to headquarters

Maintenance of filing systems and paperwork archiving

Back-up all administration/receptionist when necessary

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources

BA in Human Resources or related field

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to multi-task, self-manage with excellent organizational skills

Successful prioritizing when everything is urgent

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
