WSPG is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support the Mason Label, ASD and Heath facilities. This is a 1st shift position.
To provide and facilitate the Human Resources process. Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Develops, designs, implements and enforces Human Resources policies and procedures. Responsible for employee relations, recruiting, compliance and assist with benefit and payroll administration. Assists in Human Resources administration and concerns. Support a total of 5 sites and approximately 215 employees.
FLSA Status: Exempt or Non-Exempt
Act as primary point of contact for day to day issues in the plant.
Provide on-going training to managers, supervisors and employees in areas including, but not limited to, talent development compensation, benefits, safety, security and compliance.
Work with HR Manager to implement corporate and local H/R policies.
Assist with HRIS data entry and time & attendance system. Track attendance policy.
Assist with Payroll Administration for all five (5) sites.
Provide HR analysis as necessary.
Drive plant AAP process.
Partner with HR Manager on Workers Compensation cases.
Participate in Communications development.
Participate in investigations (safety and harassment) where necessary.
Support hourly, exempt, and non-exempt staffing efforts (recruitment, interviewing, and on-boarding).
Participate in the performance management process.
Support the development of incentive programs including reward and recognition for all levels of the plant.
Facilitate hourly, exempt, and non-exempt training classes.
Organize annual holiday and wellness events.
Track safety metrics.
Assist plant management team with data for daily management tools.
Support employee relations efforts
Support positive workplace efforts.
Additional responsibilities as directed by the management team.
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources preferred.
Three to five years experience in the field of Human Resource, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
