Executes and supports HR strategies to ensure alignment with and support of the North American Brokerage, Agency, and corporate resource teams’ business objectives and strategy; ensures HR policies, processes and practices are understood and practiced; implements HR projects. Advocates appropriate HR practices by leading training, recruitment, and employment practices. Builds support across the teams for the appropriate use of HR services.
Duties, Responsibilities and Expected Contributions
Support the overall mission, vision and goals of Human Resources and Daymon Worldwide.
Understands Daymon’s business objectives, conditions and challenges and human resource capabilities of assigned customer teams, companies and departments .
Implements objectives, policies and programs for the North America Brokerage or Corporate office businesses in the areas of recruiting, compensation & benefits support, culture survey support, HR analytics & reporting support, on-boarding support, and other areas as needed.
Assist in employee relations issues to minimize liability to include RIFs, grievances, terminations, audits, discrimination claims, workplace harassment, etc.
Responsible for answering general questions related to compensation and benefits, STD, LTD, Worker’s Comp., ensuring leave and administrative procedures are followed.
Support organization’s training efforts – lower level course facilitation, regionalized training coordination, mentoring, experiential training, and local team training analysis.
Demonstrate value in and support the acquiring and developing of talent with the recruiting and HRBP team.
Establish collaborative relationships, both within HR and with account / department teams to complete company and HR initiatives, including special projects.

- Minimum 2 years experience in a Human Resources role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; SPHR certification desirable.
- Eligible to work in US.
- Employee Relations, recruiting and customer service experience preferred.
- Business oriented; understands the impact of the Human Resources function on improved business performance.
