Jobs Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the onboarding process
  • Coordinate interview schedules
  • Participate with the recruiting effort, support talent consultant
  • Work on policies and programs under supervision
  • Maintain and report accurate records and provide expertise for employee questions
  • Understand and interpret policy and identify improvements for the department
  • Be exposed to both local and global HR projects (i.e. performance management, compensation, and benefits) on a regular basis
  • Have an entrepreneurial mind set, self starter
  • Positive “can do” attitude required
  • Must be motivated, innovative and start up experience a plus
  • Immigration exposure/experience a plus
  • Project Management and Organizational skills a plus
  • Administrative responsibilities include filing, file creation, etc
  • Knowledge of HR Labor Laws and payroll process/law
  • Ability and desire to take initiative and be willing to go the extra mile
  • Desire to contribute to building an HR department region while coordinating with global offices
  • Need to be flexible with working hours
  • Experience phasing out Tri-net a plus
  • Enjoy developing and promoting culture.
  • Payroll knowledge, HRIS systems, & Tri-net a plus
  • Projects as needed
Requirements: • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth company, digital or mobile advertising preferred • BA degree, preferably in Business, HR, Sociology Psychology or Communications and HR certification preferred • Ability to successfully place candidates in sales or technology positions • Understanding of employment law • Experience processing open enrollment • Ability to clearly link HR initiatives to business objectives • Known for being approachable and maintaining confidentiality whenever possible • Desire to improve the working environment • Great all-around communication skills (i.e. verbal, written, public speaking) and a second language is a plus • Ability to work well with your team(s) (international, local, cross-departmental) while also being able to get what needs to be done on your own, within deadline and in a fast-paced environment • Ability to figure out an answer in the midst of chaos (i.e. troubleshooting) • Be extremely detail-oriented • Inherent passion and urgency for your work • Ability and desire to travel on occasion. Knows how to work hard and have fun! This position will report to the Human Resources Head in SF
