Responsibilities encompass a wide range of human resource related functions. Supports IHA by providing human resources expertise that facilitates and delivers on strategies to attract, retain and develop talent.
Provides consultation and support in employee relations and performance management, and contributes talent and effort to complete company-wide HR projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent required. Six years of Human Resources experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree. PHR or SPHR required

2. Progressively responsible HR Generalist roles (5 years) with relevant, hands on experience in at least three of the following: talent acquisition, training, moderate to complex employee relations, performance management, mergers & acquisitions, employee communication and change management. Healthcare or comparable environment preferred.

3. Proficiency in multi-tasking and meeting sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced, environment with a personal commitment to producing the highest quality work and providing extraordinary customer service.

4. Effective and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills essential, with the ability to apply consultative skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to develop and deliver effective employee communications.

5. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to perform data analysis and make recommendations on workforce planning. Experience with relevant HR tools desired.

6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
