HR Generalist to act as an onsite Human Resources partner for all departments. Will provide technical assistance, expertise, advice and effectively execute Human Resource programs and processes. Responsible for the administration of Employee Benefit Programs, including but not limited to Health, Dental, Life, and Retirement Plans. Will administer Leave Administration, including but not limited to Family Medical Leave, Disability and Worker’s Compensation. Supports the Employee Relations process while acting as coach and providing guidance to management team regarding the Corrective Action Process. Acts as subject matter expert and employee point of contact for these functions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent field. Professional Designation in Human Resources required ( SPHR , PHR or CEBS preferred). Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. HR Information Systems ( ADP ) training and experience.
• Five to seven years of experience of progressive experience as an HR Generalist with exposure to all functional areas required.
Healthcare experience preferred.
