Job Description:Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for
identifying, developing and implementing a wide range of
human resource initiatives that support the Marketing
organization’s business objectives. Areas of focus will
include, talent sourcing, recruitment, coaching,
counseling, employee relations, employee development,
compensation, training, performance management,
succession planning and policies and procedures. Ensures
Human Resources function executives and supports the
business’ strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic business partner relationships
across all Marketing functions and provide advice and
recommended action on HR policy and programs,
  • Proactively address legal issues and ensure high
ethical standards are maintained. Provide accurate and
reliable timely HR reporting on current and forecasted
issues.
  • Address and manage employee relations issues through
employee counseling, interpretation of policies,
conflict management, and facilitate performance
management and disciplinary action, as needed. Work with
internal legal counsel to effectively deal with possible
conflicts.Identify and recommend development
opportunities across the Marketing organization. Partner
with OD&L function to review training and development
needs, select vendors and review and customize
curriculum, as appropriate. Schedule and implement
training sessions and present regular updates and
findings to leadership team.
  • Provide guidance to management team on all
compensation related issues including new hire offers,
promotions, annual merit process and development of
fiscal year bonus metrics.
  • Facilitate hiring and promotion processes to achieve
workforce plans. Develop individual job descriptions
with hiring managers. Ensure that staffing needs are
met, develop recruiting plans and provide sourcing and
interviewing support to hiring managers. Provide
guidance to hiring managers in developing competitive
and equitable job offers.
  • Administer annual performance appraisal and
calibration process to ensure fair and accurate employee
reviews are delivered.
  • Provide support to hiring managers with new all new
hire on boarding and verify completeness of required
documentation.Manage employee terminations, including
retrieval of company property, final compensation and
retention of employment records.

Job Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree required with a preferred focus in Human
Resources, business or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years HR Manager/Generalist experience
(staffing, employee relations, performance management,
staffing and employment laws and regulations) required
  • Strong qualitative and analytical skills required
  • Proven track record to identify and resolve sensitive
issues and alert management to potential liability
andmanagerial issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and
written communication skills
  • Strong initiative, innovative thinking and drive for
results
  • Interpersonal and cultural sensitivity, personal
credibility and ability to build trust and relationships
with others
  • Ability to influence and initiate change
  • Ability to understand and adapt to the business
demands and strategies of the client group
  • Ability to navigate through uncertainty/ambiguity and
develop solutions that are best for the business.
