A prominent consulting firm is seeking a Human Resources Manager with strong benefits and compensation experience. The position will report to the Human Resources Director and the Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing HR operations. The qualified candidate will have Bachelors degree and at least seven years of experience in human resources and two years in a leadership/management role. Other requirements include; extensive experience with compensation and benefits including 401(k) administration. CEBS designation and/or CCP certification preferred. The Human Resources Manager will oversee group medical, corporate benefits, and workers compensation programs, serve as a liaison to the Finance Departments accounting and payroll staff, coordinate leaves of absences (FMLA & disability), administer COBRA benefits and ensure the firms compliance with HIPAA regulations, prepare and file annual EEO-1 reports, and develop/implement HRIS process and procedures. Prior HRIS experience and an ongoing knowledge of HR-related legislative issues highly desired. The successful candidate will have strong employee communication and employee relations skills.
