Larry Christie, Casting Executive Search Consultant with PointOne Recruiting Solutions, a division of Management Recruiters is representing a busy heavy manufacturing operation in need of an experienced Human Resources Manager for their full service, value-added operation. This key role will support plant wide operations and all employee relations matters. This opportunity will showcase your administrative efficiencies as well as your capacity to manage organized labor practices and negotiations. Are you up for the challenge?
§ Plan, organize, direct, audit and document all facility human resources
§ Administer and oversee benefit programs based on established policies and regulations: COBRA, FMLA, 401K etc
§ Administer and manage flexible spending account plans
§ Processes payroll weekly through KRONOS and ADP Payroll Service
§ Unemployment and governmental reporting
§ Maintains job descriptions, organization charts, company handbook and other human resources issues
§ Select responsibilities to HSE [Health, Safety & Environmental] policies and procedures
§ Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related business management degree
§ A minimum of 3 years experience in benefits administration/payroll with basic accounting
§ Experience with organized labor practices and negotiations a MUST!
§ HR experience in heavy manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
