The Human Resources Manager is responsible for partnering with Minneapolis Operations leadership to provide strategic HR support to assist them in reaching core business goals by aligning HR programs, services, and practices to support their department strategies. Additional duties include but are not limited to:
Develop recruitment strategies and lead staffing efforts to attract and onboard top talent while using the most efficient and economical processes.
Develop an excellent working relationship with managers and employees to promote a positive professional work environment. Develop and facilitate the labor relations strategy.
Implement employee engagement strategies based on survey results.
Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on improving employee performance. Lead efforts to assess talent, identify succession plans and create development plans.
Provide support and advice to line managers in administering company policies and procedures to ensure equitable treatment of employees.
Manage the group’s annual performance management and salary review processes.
Partner with Managers and Organization Development team to develop and implement training and development programs.
Lead projects related to process improvements.

BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field; Master’s degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant human resources experience; must have strong experience supporting Operations functions (Hourly/Non-Exempt and Exempt).
Experience in a lean environment preferred.
Previous experience developing recruitment strategies and pro-actively sourcing both Exempt and Hourly/Non-Exempt positions.
Previous experience with successful resolution of employee relations issues.
Ability to lead projects.
Previous experience providing HR partnership to senior leadership.
