This position will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment efforts of the company. Duties range from general administrative work to more specific recruitment activities.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Coordinate and assist with all recruiting activities, including
    • Ensure all open positions are posted on the Company website, appropriate job boards and websites of relevant state agencies
    • Update the recruitment management system and create reports, as necessary, for internal HR use
    • Assist with preparation of offer letters as necessary
    • Coordinate post offer processes (background check and drug test results) and check status of each on a daily basis
    • Notify HR management of any pre-employment issues
    • Send welcome emails with instructions to new hires after they are cleared for hire
  • Coordinate and assist with all college recruiting activities, including
    • Assist with Intern correspondence, scheduling, event planning, and travel arrangements
    • Coordinate and facilitate logistics associated with college recruiting, including scheduling interviews, arranging information sessions, networking activities, and presentations with key clubs and organizations
    • Post job descriptions at targeted college campuses to fill entry level and intern positions
    • Coordinate on-boarding process for campus new hires by handling proper communication, paperwork and welcome packets.
  • Handle and/or participate with special projects or other HR related assignments as requested

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing/Communication, related field, or experience working in Human Resources
  • Event coordinating experience
  • Ability to write clearly, proofread and produce work product with minimum errors
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Detail oriented with ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Strong diplomacy skills and ability to persuasively influence outcomes
  • Prior recruiting experience
  • Prior college recruiting experience
