HR Specialist II

As an HR Specialist II, you will assist in the administration of our recognition programs, maintain our HRIS and coordinate information flow to other HR systems, conduct onsite workstation evaluations and write reports, and administer our Fleet program. You must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style. We seek an individual to embrace our organizational values and thrive in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking is necessary. A High School Diploma or GED is essential. We are looking for 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a technical role, but will also consider a recent college graduate with advanced proficiency in analysis and the Microsoft suite of products.

Minimum starting hourly salary: $25.70 + DOE.
