The HR Specialist works closely with the HR Generalists in Hawaii to partner on generalist functions on personnel matters impacting the day-to-day business decisions. This position also plays a significant role as an internal consultant in identifying, developing and implementing Organizational Development strategies and is responsible for developing and delivering learning and development curriculum in order to maximize engagement, efficiencies, build talent and increase company satisfaction and productivity amongst individuals and teams.
Analytical, diagnostic and consulting skills

MS Office proficiency with intermediate to advanced in Power Point.
Travel is required; occasionally overnight travel is required. Most travel will be inter-island; some international travel may be required.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, on an as needed basis
