Perform human resources generalist duties as assigned with an emphasis on organizational development activities and talent management
• Assist in the development of a training curriculum for EDPR NA for 2014, combining in-house training opportunities with external programming, executive education, and coaching
•Assist in the development of an orientation program for EDPR NA together with an online intranet resource page for new hires.
• Assist in the analysis of performance review data and individual development plans, and identify gaps in strategic competencies, providing recommendations as to utilization of such data
• Develop new content for the EDPR NA intranet to facilitate enhanced employee services and to expand the knowledge base
• • Assist with the implementation of EDP’s Talent Management program which may include enhancement of programs for succession planning, mentoring, coaching, career development, and performance management

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
