Substitution of Experience for Education Permitted (Non-faculty only)
The position manages the creation, maintenance, and disposition of personnel data. In addition, (1) develops methods and procedures for reporting from the college-wide database and (2) promotes the application of technology to human resources systems and office processes.
Prefer applicants with: (1) in-depth knowledge of the Ellucian HR enterprise system, (2) experience conducting a business review process, (3) experience managing position control, (4) experience managing the imaging of human resources documents, and (5) progressively responsible human resources experience.
