Serves a s the Contractor Representative a nd is responsible for the overall management of the Shelby County Child support services, Tennessee’s 30 th Judicial District, contract.
Ensures that MAXIMUS is in compliance with a ll a pplicable requirements of the Projects’ contracts, state a nd federal requirements, a nd the terms a nd conditions of the RFPs a nd proposals
Establishes a nd maintains relationships with clients’ officials, other Professional Services vendors, community, provider, a nd other community organizations a nd a gencies, a s a ppropriate to ensure the flow of information a nd coordination of services a nd functions on a regular a nd ongoing basis
Ensures that the a vailability of a ll staff, resources, a nd services a re effectively a nd efficiently delivered
Supervises a nd manages a ll contract staff a nd a ssigns
Develops a nd maintains effective communications with the state, counties, juvenile court, a nd community organizations
Directs the management of Project’s subcontractors a ccording to signed contracts a nd the specific scope of work.
Makes informed decisions by utilizing the MAXIMUS financial reports to monitor forecasts a nd profitability goals, a s well a s control labor costs a nd expenditures
A chieves a nd/or exceeds client satisfaction metrics by establishing programs a nd processes that will increase satisfaction a nnually.
Oversees a ll contract a dministrative functions including budget, financial controls, a nd human resources
A ssists in the creation a nd implementation of innovative methodologies to improve services a nd operations
Oversees training a nd quality control a nd implements a ny necessary corrective a ctions to ensure consistent a pplications of laws, regulations, policies or procedures pertinent to the project
Maintains updated knowledge of the contract’s programs including policies a nd procedures a s referenced in the employee manual a nd other policies a dopted by corporate, the project, a nd clients
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following A dditional Education a nd Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a n a ccredited college or university -- required
Master’s degree or equivalent from a n a ccredited college or university -- preferred
Seven to ten years of relevant experience managing a large-volume, large-scale operations which involve high customer contacts
Three to Five years managing staff a t a ll levels of a n organization a nd operations with over 100+ staff
Experience with project management or equivalent overseeing a nd managing government contracts within the health a nd human services sector preferred
Knowledge of child support enforcement programs a nd interfacing with child support state systems is preferred
Must have demonstrated experience managing systems implementation projects a nd working with IT a nd technical resources
Must have demonstrated experience editing a nd developing effective organizational communication materials
