Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, conducts static and dynamic analysis of IFPC Inc 2-I mission critical software. Conducts requirements analysis and verification. Develops and assesses SW IV&V metrics such as cyclomatic complexity. works from specifications to develop or modify complex software programs to enhance an operating system. May give some direction and guidance to less experienced software systems engineers. Investigates and resolves operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel. Develops logic, codes, tests and debugs software packages. Modifies, tests, and debugs retail utilities. Packages and engineers releases to integrate with the company's operating systems. Develops and modifies complex software, such as routines supporting multiprogramming, telecommunications and file management.

Day-to-Day Duties: Conducts C++ static code analysis using tools such as Klocworks, McCabe, and Understand for C++. Develops monthly metrics and software problem reports. Conducts static analysis in SW lab by developing test cases and analyzing software behaviors and issues. Conducts requirements

Qualifications:
5-10+ yrs (BS) OR equivalent years of expereince

IV&V, verification and validation, C++, tool proficiency (Klockworks, McCabe, DOORS, Understand for C++)
