The Implementation Specialist will manage and guide the process by which new clients implement our programs and services, resulting in satisfied, renewable clients. They will act as an expert resource for internal and external stakeholders and must understand all dimensions of a new client program to ensure proper communication with all parties. The position will be focused on implementation and training of clients and administrators related to Runzheimer Mobile solutions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects relating to implementation of new clients to Runzheimer products and services, including training and guidance on the optimal use of our products, services and systems.
Work with Client & Business Development team members to determine program parameters which meet client needs/expectations for the program.
Obtain necessary information regarding a client's business process to effectively guide the client through the application setup process.
Develop and execute implementation processes that improve products, services and/or client satisfaction.
Implementation of pilot programs to include training, monitoring of daily activity and weekly status update internally and to the client to insure successful deployment.
Develop proactive “check points” with clients in order to provide consistent communications for new client implementations. Manage expectations of all involved stakeholders.
Provide product expertise as needed internally and externally in support of product and service offerings.
Ensure consistent product set up while managing client project plans for their online application implementation.
Train clients on product features and provide ongoing training to new and existing clients.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree plus at least 3 years of business experience or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years experience in an implementation, training or account management role.
