The Information Analyst will provide data analysis in accordance with established methodologies. The main objective of the role is to transform data into client-ready information, serve as the point person for client-related inquiries, and seek out cost-effective sources of information.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Analyze, interpret, edit and approve values for assigned databases under strict deadline and according to established methodologies.
Explain methods, and answer internal and/or external client inquiries relating to assigned databases.
Address and resolve client inquiries and provide solid support for data.
Secure new alternative data sources that will decrease our costs and turnaround time.
Continually seek out new processes to gain efficiencies and control costs.
Participate on process improvement teams, methodology reviews, special client project teams and corporate project teams.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in math, or equivalent work experience.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Creative research capabilities, investigative phone and computer skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Internet research.
