Create a great first impression with potential customers through phone and email communications.
Maintain active engagement with potential opportunities through follow-up communications to increase customer interest in our products.
Identify decision makers of potential customers that are in early stages of the buying process in order to initiate the sales process.
Build a pipeline of business for the Account Managers by achieving quarterly quotas of qualified leads.
Participate in product training sessions, meetings, skills training and professional development classes.
Document all sales communications and product updates in sales management system.
Develop a call list through research and personal rolodex, contacts and circle of influence.
