- Performs inpsection procedures on materials, parts and assemblies working from drawings, sketches an specifications where general but not detailed inspection data are provided
- Applies established inspection procedures and use a wide range of tools and instruments
Job Requirements/ Qualifications
*Training and/or education in NDE field required
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals and industry codes and specifications. Ability to write and/or complete routine reports.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing circumstances. Ability to follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as angles, lengths, diameters in decimals and fractions. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Training may be provided in a classroom setting upon discretion of management.
