IS Lead Project Development (Project Manager) Req # 1301483

Description

Within the North American Program Management Office, the IS Project manager will be supporting a variety of initiatives at any given time. Generally your will be managing/responsible for successful delivery of IS projects (with $1MM budgets), including project planning/execution and successfully delivery the planned outcomes. Provides specialist advice in all areas of business systems requirements definition, design, development and deployment. Depending on the size and scope of projects, you may be assigned to multiple projects simultaneously. You will work in a system environment with multiple vendors including off shore development partners and solutions that will contain high level of SAP and associated technology complexity.

Oversee all PM activities according to the industry standards (PMI)

Develop Project Charter and Preliminary Scope Statement
Create Stakeholder map
Create Communication Plan
Build and track the Project Plan in collaboration with the project team
Create project budget
Track financials (actuals and forecast) of the program/projects
Manage Scope and Quality
Implement Risk, Issues, Escalation, Action and Dependency logs
Follow up with Action Items owners.
Ensure development of project documentation
Facilitate project and stakeholder meetings
Assist with conducting workshops and organizing meetings
Provide monthly project status report
Manage Business and IS internal Stakeholders
Manage external partners

BA/BS required in Computer Science or Business

8 Years professional experience information systems,

5 or more years of experience in Project management,

4 or more years of demonstrated experience in large-scale project management and program management including people management, business case development & fiscal responsibility.

Self-directed and operates with limited direction

Agent for change – promoting best practices use of technologies

Navigates organization hurdles and brings parties to agreement and alignment to move work-streams forward

Technical SAP experience.

Experience consistent with managing business requirements, issues and resolutions within Mondelēz International, Strategic systems partners, and software partners.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent influencing skills

English proficiency – written and spoken.

4 + years experience with SAP interface / integration experience

Project Management Methodologies, prefer PMP certification
