Wright Runstad & Company is seeking a versatile, customer-focused Information Systems Specialist for our headquarters office in downtown Seattle.

The IS Specialist will maintain servers, provide user support for software, hardware, and mobile devices, and test and configure new systems. This position reports to the IS Supervisor and the Executive VP.

Specific responsibilities include:
Manage and update servers and perform software updates for network PCs and servers (Pentium PCs and laptops; Windows XP, 7, and 8)
Manage InterTel Axxess phone system and provide support to employee users
Support desktop software and respond to employee software issues and questions (MS Office 2010, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoDesk, Citrix, Internet Explorer)
Coordinate software training for employees as necessary
Install and troubleshoot/repair printers, copiers, and other peripheral hardware
Manage carrier services for wireless device data and voice plans; support mobile devices (Android, iPhone, iPad, and MS Surface)
Create ISS permissions for web servers and FTP sites
Maintain a print server, file servers, and network shares
Manage SQL servers, including hardware and software upgrades, Watchguard firewalls, and Exchange and Mailbox Servers (MS SQL 2008, Exchange 2010, Windows Server 2003, 2008R, 2012, Active Directory, Hyper V)

Required Experience:
The successful candidate will have:
3-5 years of experience working with users, computer equipment, software, and the systems noted above in a professional office environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the company and all levels of ability
Self-motivation and the desire to stay current with a variety of products
The ability to prioritize and handle several tasks/projects at one time
Outstanding follow-through and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in IT and/or certifications preferred
