The IT Administrator will be responsible for effective
provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance
of hardware, software and related infrastructure. You will
participate in technical research and development, application and
hardware installation, as well as system and hardware maintenance.
This individual ensures that access to corporate network, systems,
and databases are available and operational to employees and
customers (when applicable) at all times. The ideal candidate will
have a track record of helping to scale and adapt IT systems and
infrastructure of growing businesses.
You should have knowledge of and help implement best practices
on process, procedures, and security policies as the business scales
and help maintain and provision the following:
Single sign-on solution
Updates across employee laptops and production
Provision/deprovision employee's (new-hires and
terminations) access across databases, tools, dashboards,
corporate network, etc.
Wireless internet systems
BS in Computer Science, IT-related field or equivalent work
Strong technical skills in Information Technology,
Networking, and Computer Science.
At least 3 years professional work experience in IT System
Experience working on Cisco Network and knowledgeable of
Cisco related networking products.
LAN / WAN support experience.
Unix/Linux Server Administration.
Previous experience with Windows and Mac desktop
Experience with common software and operating systems
including Windows 7, Office, and desktop productivity
Excellent written and verbal communication
Cloud based CRM / ERP systems (sf.com, NetSuite).
Data center hardware installation / support.
Manufacturing, networking, computer science, inventory
control, HVAC and/or electronic controls.
