Position Overview:
This Senior Analyst position is located at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Headquarters at Fort Belvoir, Virginia and is within the Warfighter Strategic Integration Directorate. This Directorate transitions developed capabilities to the Services for employment in support of Combatant Commander priorities to achieve an effective Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) for the Nation.

The Senior Analyst will serve as Site Manager for the Directorate’s SharePoint 2007 platform, utilized by agency members nationwide. Candidate will need to have basic knowledge of site administration to assist in user permission control, layout and master page configuration, site definitions and templates, content types, custom web parts, workflows, policies, document and records management, data workspace configuration. This position will participate in daily classified briefs, ensuring that the highest standards of security, effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy and timeliness are achieved on a daily basis. The Senior Analyst will provide support to various strategic level meetings via material preparation, travel and scheduling for Civilian, Military and Contracting leads. Position will maintain data input and retrieval of required technical documents within Directorate repository. Organize all stored information to ensure compliance with records management policies and procedures. Utilize acquired skills to monitor the progress of project requirements and provide reports and updates to appropriate boards, and committees.


4+ years’ of relevant experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications in the utilization and development of databases, spreadsheets, presentations and word documentation.

Demonstrated flexibility to manage and prioritize multiple work assignments in order to adhere to established deadlines.

Established ability to develop and maintain professional liaison relationships with a variety of individuals at all levels of the organization (military, government, commercial

Knowledge of processes to convert physical paper documentation into an electric format utilizing specific source identification products (PDF, JavaScript, and Access).

Must possess strong interpersonal skills and work well with others

Top Secret/SCI clearance preferred but must possess at a minimum an active SECRET clearance

Bachelor’s Degree required

Proof of US citizenship is required
