We are currently seeking a IT Analyst to work as part of our Regional IT Team. This position provides second level support for Arup staff in the Americas Region from our Los Angeles location with some travel opportunities.

In this position you will provide professional and skilled technical services and support to internal clients at Arup. Your solid communication and client relations skills will enable successful daily interactions with clients face-to-face, via telephone, e-mails, chats, and self-service tickets. Using your superior problem solving and debugging skills, you will trace incidents to root cause and drive timely resolution. You will contribute to transparency and visibility of request volume and resolution time by meeting service level agreements; following defined ticketing procedures, and maintaining clear and open communication with the client and other IT staff. You will provide after-hours coverage on a rotational basis. Availability during non-business hours is required. You will work on IT projects as the business requires using your both your technical and interpersonal skills to satisfy project requirements and delight the customer. You will mentor and collaborate within project teams to deliver solutions.

· Expert knowledge in one or more technologies: Exchange, MS Server, SQL, SCCM, Software Packaging and Deployment, SharePoint, GPO, MS Powershell, Lync UC, Netapp OnTap, VMWare VSphere
· Strong knowledge of Cisco VoIP, LAN and WAN equipment configuration and maintenance
· Strong work experience with Sysprep, OSD and/or other OS imaging methodologies
· 7+ years of Helpdesk, Desktop, and Specialists level technical support experience
· Experience with support ticket management and tracking systems
· Familiarity with current mobile devices and OS including IOS, Blackberry, and Android.
· Drive process improvement projects, create and maintain knowledgebase documentation.
· Prior work experience in IT budgeting, resource planning, and project management
· Prior experience leading and mentoring teams and delivering impactful projects.
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
· Be a self-starter who takes initiative to work and develop holistic solutions.
· Have a track record for continuous learning and taking on greater levels of responsibility and accountability
· A college degree in a relevant Information Technology field and prior experience working in professional organizations.
· Attain Microsoft Certifications in MCP, MCITP, or MCTS and/or equivalent experience
