Clearance Required? YES - SECRET

Seeking an individual to serve as a WebEOC* Administrator to support a DHS client. This individual will be responsible for the continued process development and programming required to support the implementation of WEBEOC to include HTML/JavaScript development and will provide on-site technical support 8:00am - 5pm, Mon - Fri, with occasional overtime required (Mon - Sun). Individual will implement requested changes to current system configuration to meet client's operational requirements, and relay complex change requests to ESi help desk and oversee implementation.
  • WEBEOC software is developed by ESi, and is a Web-enabled emergency management communications system.
Required Qualifications / Experience / Education
Key Functions - Seeking a motivated, IT application developer to support a DHS Work Program. Individual must possess strong communication skills and the ability to easily translate technical concepts into easily understandable non-technical terms.
Required Skills -

HTML (must be proficient - expert)
JavaScript (must be proficient - expert)
Microsoft Office Suite
Microsoft SQL
Microsoft Server 2003/2008
Experience defining software requirements.
Experience developing database web applications.
Experience with HTML, Javascript, .NET, ASP.NET , SQL.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS, IIS, SQL Server

Required Education/ Experience
B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field, or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience / Education
DHS experience a plus.
Experience using WebEOC software a plus
Additional Notes
Must be eligible to work in the US and eligible to meet the requirements of a US government background investigation and clearance. SECRET clearance required.
