We are looking for a team player that is willing to support critical Associate Software applications such as Taleo,Ceridian, reporting and other applications. The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, set priorities, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality regarding all documents and communications.
This position is located in Buckhead.
Responsibilities: The team member will be responsible for troubleshooting, fixing, and finding root causes for issues that come from the other departments. In addition, he or she will serve as the main point of contact for particular requests including but not limited to ad-hoc SQL queries from Associate Resources. Occasionally He/She will also be responsible for monitoring and fixing critical after-hour issues coming form the National Support Center.

Minimum Education Bachelors of Science in Math, Engineering, MIS, or Computers Science is preferred but not required.
