The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for providing effective and efficient 1st and 2nd line desktop systems and applications support to internal customers.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, it is essential you have previous experience of providing 1st and 2nd line desktop and applications support with demonstrable knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office packages. A logical thinker and problem solver, you will be customer focused, flexible and have excellent communication skills.
