Job Title: IT Business Analyst IV
Job Location: Glendale, AZ
Job Length: 12 Months
Rate: Market (W2 only, no agencies or 3rd parties please)
BA with integrations experience and proficiency in use of agile management tracking tools (ideally RTC) and based in Glendale highly preferred
Develop and update user stories that define requirements for integrating with policy administration system Work with PAS Integrations BAS to ensure PAS integrations user stories are complete Maintain of all integrations related user stories in agile management tool (IBM RTC)
create tracking methods / spreadsheet.
Support tracking of defects that are related to integrations user stories.
Works and collaborates with others in either a lead or support role as business needs demand.
Responsible for project management activities of smaller scope projects or work streams.
Identifies documents, analyzes, designs and redesigns business processes.
Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
Facilitates cross-functional project teams.
Leads and facilitates sub-team meetings.
Adheres to defined deliverable formats using tools including Visio, MS Project, Excel and other desktop products as required.
Works in an office environment sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation for long periods of time.
May travel by car, plane or other form of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences.
Approximately 50 i? 80 percent of time Spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.
Business Analysts have previous insurance industry experience and are proficient in user story /functional requirement development.
BA with integrations experience and proficiency in use of agile management tracking tools (ideally RTC).
Familiar with all phases of technical user story development with a focus on integrations Business Process Analysis and Documentation including Current State Process, Issues, Disconnects, Opportunities, Root Cause Analysis, Future State Design Specifications and User Story Development, Future State Design of Process
