We are currently seeking an IT Lead. The IT Lead will be responsible for delivering and maintaining technology solutions to Commercial Business including Sales and Marketing. The IT Lead will be customer focused and expected to build strong relationships with internal business customers. Through that relationship will understand Field technology including sales force training requirements. The lead will identify opportunities and ensure that deliverables align to intended outcomes.
The Lead is expected to work collaboratively across IT and the business unit to deliver results while also fitting in Endo’s technology strategic framework.
Delivering Results. Responsible for delivering on solutions identified by management. Expected to lead efforts in a manner that flawlessly execute against goals and objectives. This includes doing both project management and technology implementations.
Customer Facing. Engage with business and understand business practices and policies. Identify technological capabilities that enable, enhance business outcomes. Document requirements, and translate in to technology process and associated tools. Define data requirements.
Operations. Maintain current technology offerings. Ensure that the overall health and performance is working to the desired level (as identified by management). This can range from end-user tools (desktop applications, mobile devices) to strategic applications. Embrace the principle of "continuous improvement" identifying and proposing opportunities to improve the overall cost structure, quality, cycle time, capabilities.
IT Processes. Responsible for delivering, participating in required departmental activities including, but not necessarily limited to:
- IT Change Control
- Required department or company documentation
Diverse IT experience with proven track record in delivering and operating technological solutions. Skills required, include:
System Development Lifecycle
Fundamentals in Commercial business applications like Territory management, Zip to territory alignment, Incentive compensation and Sample Management.
Integration of Learning Management System with Sales training requirements
Web and Mobile devices technologies for Field Sales force
Application Support and Administration. Application Support Models.
Approximate experience or equivalent knowledge and skills necessary to satisfactorily perform the position responsibilities
7+ years technology role experience with minimally a four-year degree
3+ years technology experience in a pharmaceutical environment
Customer focused. Identifies needs of the functional business areas. Builds relationships.
