To lead in the development and management of the company's system infrastructure and communications technology in order to provide the most efficient support for current operations and future information technology (IT) needs.
1.Heads the process of developing and implementing the IT system for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
2.Defines future requirements and coordinates planning for installing system improvements on the basis of technological developments.
3.Is responsible for budget management as well as staff hiring, training, and supervision.
4.Operates system to support company operations and service in the most efficient manner and modifies infrastructure as needed to give maximum support.
5.Takes action to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and confidentiality of information system.
6.Utilizes enterprise resource planning (ERP) techniques for coordination of multisite IT system.
7.Oversees the network management, including wide area, local area, and remote access capabilities.
8.Develops system with provision for continuity of operations during any disaster recovery or other emergency situations.

Must have extensive experience in software implementation (HeavyJob/ HeavyBid). Must have proven record of successfully heading IT department (Director Level) for a company or a business unit.
1.Bachelor's degree in computer science. MBA preferred, but not required.
2.Ten or more years of experience managing an IT department, preferably in a multisite environment.
3.Excellent analytic and management skills.
4.Proficiency in latest technology for IT systems and management.
