Provide tier 2 desktop support for computer and telephony requests out of our San Diego office. Services will include technical support for all IT supported desktop hardware, including; computers, printers, phones, network, PDA's, UNIX, and Linux systems.
Interfacing and communicating with customer's, peers and management
Troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware issues
Troubleshooting Windows OS/Software related issues.
Managing/prioritizing demanding workload
Collaborating with team in a lab environment

Complete understanding of desktop/laptop computer Microsoft Operating Systems
Travel between multiple offices to provide support
Preferred: Certificate, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Information Technology
Preferred: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience
