You are hands-on, willing to dive deep to get full understanding of data, from external vendors or from within our own systems.

Responsibilities: Working very closely with finance and the IT department heads, take the lead on all IT-related AP/invoicr, ensuring every invoice is coded correctly and processed in a timely fashion and mapped to the line-item budget.Lead the effort/process for building future IT budgets understanding them line-by-line to help bring more discipline to our company initially by tracking in detail all current costs.Manage, lead or assist with: IT accrual process w/finance IT Capital Expense Request (CER) process IT personnel expense reporting Reporting of IT budget-to-actuals Price Negotiations Assist the CTO with IT vendor management, as the prime contact for all contractual and financial mattersHelp create a culture of necessary spending to support the business save waste from cell phone invoices through large scale purchases.
