Provide first level support to end users of business & clinical systems. Responsible for managing the resolution of internal end-user technical issues and requests; including logging all incidents, resolution of incidents, processing technical requests, assigning incidents and requests to other resources as appropriate, and tracking and monitoring all end-user technical issues to ensure timely resolution. Assist in IT operations by performing and verifying backups of the corporate computers, networks and phone systems.
Required Skills/Experience: HS and voc-tech training; minimum 3 yrs help desk/IT exp; demonstrated superior customer service skills; strong Novell Netware user Admin and support exp./skills; strong Windows support exp./skills including software installations/configurations; minimum 1 yr experience supporting/configuring current Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Outlook/Exchange and Microsoft Active Directory environments.
Desired Skills/Experience: 1+ yrs. exp supporting current Windows operating systems; strong Microsoft Active Directory support skills; experience utilizing Novell ZEN Works to support and troubleshoot workstations; experience with PC hardware installations/configurations CompTIA A+ Certification; Microsoft MCDST Certification.
