Job Summary: Provides support to end users on a variety of issues as the first line of contact for Information Technology related issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.

The level of work is considered senior and staff work under moderate supervision. This position has no direct reports and acts as an individual contributor and in a team with work that involves knowledge and understanding of some key business principles.

Essential JOB DUTIES:
1. Provides first level support for all telephone calls, emails and personal requests for technical support in a knowledgeable manner and accurately logs all requests into Help Desk software
2. Escalates Help Desk tickets to appropriate second and third level support groups in a timely manner
3. Tracks and monitors Help Desk tickets to ensure a timely resolution
4. Basic troubleshooting of operating systems, computer hardware, applications (software and peripherals, etc.)
5. Provides basic instruction to all users as necessary regarding the use of various pieces of equipment or Bank deployed software packages
6. Performs IT equipment moves and schedules all repairs, conference calls and Live Meeting requests
7. Performs additional duties as required

Job Requirements:
• High School
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Help Desk Support and/or Client Services in Banking and/or Financial Services preferred
• Microsoft products knowledge (Windows, MS Exchange, SQL, Enterprise Server, SharePoint) and Microsoft Operating Systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and self prioritize workload to meet deadlines as an individual and in a team environment
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
Working Conditions And Demands (If Applicable):
May be required to travel to other locations to perform Help Desk tasks such as relocations
