Ensures involvement of all relevant business partners across North America Business
  • Works with vendors as relates to IT Commodity Purchases and Services including negotiation of contracts, implementation of contracts and supplier management, which includes ongoing issue resolutions and management of existing supply base.
  • Drive compliance with preferred suppliers managing information from all businesses to ensure an accurate understanding of the spend profile as well as procurement successes achieved.
  • Organizes follow up meetings with team memebers and/or vendors as needed.
  • Responsible for negotiating, seeking approval and implementing North American contracts as assigned.

  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum of five years experience working in a Procurement Environment, including but not limited to software, hardware, telecommunications and external resources.
    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance or IT
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of management.
    • Advanced user of Microsoft office suite-i.e. powerpoint, excel, word.
