We are currently seeking an IT Manager for our Headquarters Office in the Hinckley, Ohio area.
Direct the activities of system design, implementation, and administration, network management, application maintenance and support, and the personnel performing the services.
Manage the acquisition, installation and maintenance of the organization’s local area network hardware/software.
Ensure technology documents/certificates such as product registrations, SSL certificates, maintenance agreements, service contracts, etc. related to technology operations and/or technology services are evaluated, updated and processed.
Manage and delegate troubleshooting of workstations, networks, software applications, phones, copiers and other technologies.
Develop, implement, and monitor IT best practices and solutions that promote effective and efficient resource utilization and business processes.
Evaluate the quality and timeliness of IT services throughout ClinicalRM and initiate improvements.
Analyze technology requirements and develop functional specifications. Conduct comparative analysis and competitive bidding when necessary.
Lead the planning and design of enterprise security architecture.
Assure ClinicalRM’s systems conform to all external regulatory bodies, specifically Part 11 compliance for electronic systems used to meet FDA regulations.
Responsible for the discovery, mitigation and documentation of information technology risks.
Prepare, maintain and test a technology disaster recovery/business continuity plan.
Develop and manage technology budget and monitor and approve related expenditures. Review and approve capital expenditures.
Manage technology inventory to include procurement and disposal.
Develop positive working relationships with client (internal and external) community.
Act as point of contact (POC) with all outside vendors pertaining to information needs and strategies.
Provide technical assistance to ClinicalRM Headquarters as needed and participate on proposal writing projects when requested.
Supervise 2 team members. Develop goals and complete performance evaluations. Provide development/training plans for each Analyst.
Performs light duties and other related duties as required and assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information systems, or other related field.
7+ years experience in the areas of information systems administration, network management, and technical support; 3+ years proven management experience running an information systems department, including supervisory experience.
Demonstrate the broad knowledge of business functions and related system interfaces that can assist management in the operations and administrations of all departments.
Demonstrated experience with smaller businesses with proven ability in growing an IT Department due to company growth.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate ability to interrelate with all levels of the user community; strong customer service mentality.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Microsoft Systems (Office, SharePoint)
Microsoft Dynamics, Dynamics CRM are a plus
Understanding of backup and disaster recovery processes
Applications development skills a plus
