The ideal candidate should have experience and interest in online advertising or advertising technologies, with a basic understanding of online advertising campaigns. This role requires strong project management skills including exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, multi-tasking, attention to detail and “can-do” attitude.
Specific job responsibilities include:
Desktop and Server support
Office network infrastructure
Provide high availability and high performance for internet and phones
Manage licensing and associated IT assets
Break fix, support
Manage helpdesk ticketing system to support office infrastructure and desktop users
Manage helpdesk personnel
Scale IT support as company grows
You will work hands-on with our internal users on a daily basis.
Must be personable and a reliable resource on which our users can look to for daily IT support.
Job Requirements include:
Experience with Windows Active Directory
Experience with Cisco Switches and Routers
Experience with Wireless networks and end-user support
Experience with Exchange email servers
Experience with Mac and Windows OS desktop support
Experience managing help-desk tickets and personnel
Experience managing phone/telco systems
Experience installing and maintaining bare metal systems
Experience with VMware
Experience with VPNs and firewalls and anti-malware/spam solutions
Experience managing vendor relations
Bachelor Degree in CS (or equivalent experience) plus 5-7 years of progressive experience
Experience with A/V setups
Experience with SharePoint
