Job Summary

Oversees the development and implementation of the information services and advanced technology strategic and financial plans. Responsible for prioritizing, planning and managing the information technology needs of the organization from a programming and coding standpoint. Identifying and implementing appropriate future and advanced technology solutions in alignment with budgetary constraints, and overall business objectives.

Experience
•10+ years of related experience is required with a proven track record of successful project delivery results, and managing information services teams
•2-5 years using Agile Development, and Scrum
•2-5 years using Team Foundation Server
•Successful and proven experience in Application Life Cycle Management
Communication Skills
•Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employee and customer both verbally and in writing
•Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
•Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group sof managers, customers, and internal stakeholders
Computer Skills
•Working knowledge of project, database, spreadsheet, and word processing software
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
•PMP, ITIL and or MCSE are desired
Primary Responsibilities of the Job:
•Develops and manages the strategic and operational planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of software programs/applications, and other related activities which support specific company services, and other necessary information technology requirements Ensures that software development projects are completed accurately and timely
•Recruit, hire and retain top IT talent
•Participates in strategy development with the management team, and establishes and monitors program goals and objectives for the department in order to contribute to the successful achievement of the company’s goals and objectives
•Identifies and implants appropriate technology solutions for improved productivity and efficiency within the organization, where appropriate
•Actively supports and participates in companywide performance excellence programs and initiatives
•Creates, reviews, and negotiates preliminary or draft contracts for technical and other related services
•Establish key technical relationships with technical organizations, vendors or consulting organizations in order to utilize specific technical skills for the achievement of the business goals in a timely and efficient manner. These relationships should bean extension of our internal team
•Maintains a relationship with other department managers and external vendors and stakeholders to complete project objectives of delivery, content and quality
•Oversees the daily operations of the department, including team management, budgetary, job assignment and other related functions
•Uses project management, communication, team building, coaching, leadership skills, and experience to initiate, plan, execute, control and close projects across various functional organizations and for the corporate enterprise
•Proactively manages all stakeholders and their respective organizations' expectations, involvement, and consensus building
•Uses company standards and procedures to track project schedule and cost, report project status, create project-related documentation and capture lessons learned
•Writes Scope/Statement of Work documentation to include resource identification, project cost and schedule provisions, deliverables and measures of success
•Runs team initiation meetings to scope the project and develop the project charter, design the project's processes, sub-processes, and critical path
•Manages team, provides advice and/or guidance to resolve problems or conflicts
