RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Management

: Manages IT for the company and serves as a key member of the company's IT team.

Helpdesk and Support

: Responsible for operations of IT helpdesk.

: Implement and maintain remote support tools and services.

: Assemble and maintain a support function whose methodology includes local industry/company expertise, as well as local vendor support for hands on requirements.

WAN/Data Communications

: Responsible for 24/7 operations of corporate network services and devices (i.e. data circuits, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).

: Maintain security measures, monitor for intrusion.

: Design networks and integrate multiple information systems technologies.

: Plan and implement system redundancy, network security measures, network usage, plans for network disaster recovery, preventive maintenance and network monitoring.

: Develops appropriate vendor relationships for supporting the company's telecommunication strategy

: Document network diagram, server configuration, and create necessary IT documentation.

Voice Communications

: Manages the company's voice communications, supporting the implementation and maintenance of cost effective hardware and software for company telecommunications systems.

: Develops, and revises as appropriate, the company's voice communications strategy, including support, technology of PBX platforms, and integration with data networks.

: Performs site analysis to determine specific needs; (i.e. communications hardware and software, cabling, power equipment, etc.)

: Develops appropriate vendor relationships for supporting the company's telecommunication strategy

: Prepare communications Service Authorizations and coordinate communications project from planning stage, through installation, testing, and implementation, and into production.

: Procure corporate maintenance agreements for telecommunications equipment.

WAN/Server Administration

: Responsible for 24/7 operations for corporate/industry IP related servers which are DNS

: WINS, DHCP, VPN, and all remote file servers.

: Perform day-to-day systems administration tasks. This includes, but not limited to, troubleshooting, maintaining, administering and improving a Windows-based network, computer systems, and security.

PC Maintenance and Support

: Effectively and efficiently install, replace, and repair various types of computers, network systems, and office electronic equipment including printers.

: Perform maintenance on desktop systems when needed. This includes, but not limited to, troubleshooting, maintaining, analyzing, administering and improving system speed, applications, operating systems and security.

LAN/Data Communications

: Responsible for 24/7 operations of corporate network services and devices (i.e., data circuits, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

: Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

: Administration of Microsoft Windows Servers 2008, 2008 R2, SQL Servers, Exchange Servers, Sharepoint Server and Dynamics CRM Server.

: Administration of VMware ESX Servers, Symantec Backup and Endpoint Protection Servers, Apache Server, Subversion and Trac implementations.

: Administration of Cisco ASA Firewalls.

: Proven ability to install, upgrade and migrate to new server versions.

: Administration of Apple servers, Mac desktops and MacBooks.

: Hardware RAID administration.

: Minimum five years experience in a broad range of IT disciplines including IT security processes and tools, LAN/WAN Data Communications and Server Administration, Voice Communications, Help Desk, and PC Maintenance

: Proven project management, process improvement, and decision making skills; ERP implementation experience a plus

: Strong interpersonal and communication skills required with all levels of the organization, customers and vendors

: MS Sharepoint Administration and MS Dynamics CRM experience preferred
