This individual will be responsible for managing the Financial Systems of one of OwlPoint's clients Shared Service Center to include: oversight of the operation, maintenance and procedures of the hotel financial systems and IT-related Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) functions. Ensure consistent practices are used throughout the company to maintain the integrity of the system.
Responsible for the oversight and management of application support team at the Shared Service Center in Moore, and contractors providing offshore support.
Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
Take ownership and responsibility for ensuring delivery of high quality, customer-focused Information Technology (IT) services to levels agreed with the business.
Assist in staffing, budgetary, and training efforts as directed.
Implement and enforce global standards and procedures set by the Corporate office.
Work closely with the business sponsors, Global Process Owner (GPO) teams, and other business and Information Technology (IT) teams to ensure all IT components are operational on a 24/7 basis.
B.S. degree in Computer Science/Information Technology preferred. (Accounting experience or background a plus). Other degrees will be considered, especially coupled with strong project management/supervisory experience.
5-10 years of Oracle Financials experience preferred as a system implementer/consultant, power user, or technical resource.
Familiarity with Project Management Office (PMO) concepts and practices.
Experience with systems development life cycle (SDLC) required.
Oracle E-Business Suite R12 experience a plus.
Experience in a Shared Service Center environment a plus.
Experience with Service-now or similar helpdesk ticketing tool desired
Experience within the Travel and Leisure industry a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills a must.
