Description

The overarching goal of IT Process Management is to increase the stability, effectiveness, and efficiency of technology service delivery. The results are demonstrated through critical improvements in throughput, transparency and quality.

The IT Processes Manager’s key responsibilities include:
·

Create a sustainable, measureable IT environment to facilitate performance improvements using frameworks such as; COBIT, ITIL, SOX, and PCI, etc.

·

Collaborate with PMO Process office to define, document and implement a comprehensive and consolidated SDLC, incorporating best practices in release management

·

Design, document and communicate IT measurement objectives and identify opportunities for more efficient and effective IT Processes

·

Champion IT best practices in a high-volume, dynamic environment

·

Manage periodic performance assessment reviews with Business and IT Leadership

·

Lead the IT Risk Self-Assessments program

·

Proactively lead application teams through self-audit exercises and address deficiencies

·

Participate in identification and implementation of tools that improve documentation, controllership, audit responses, and IT readiness.

·

Manage IT Governance Initiatives and conformance to Elavon’s IT processes

·

Interact with business groups to educate on IT

systems and processes are leveraged and

how they can be improved to better

meet business needs

·

Create a culture of continuous process improvement in IT

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

·

7+ years experience analyzing information and driving resolution

·

5+ years experience interpreting and supporting IT and Business Processes

·

3+ years of project management/team management experience with demonstrated ability to track and manage numerous parallel activities

·

3-5 years, strong demonstration of expert knowledge of Software Development processes

·

Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision (i.e., self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet important deadlines.)

·

Outstanding communication and facilitation skills

·

Proven ability to work cross-functionally

·

Ability to manage expectations of the business, team members, management, and external groups.

Education/Certification/Licensure:
·

Bachelor's or Master Degree with 7+ years IT related experience.

Professional certification in one of the following; CISSP, CISA, CGEIT,CRISC, PMP, PgPM, CBA or equivalent is highly desired.
