This position will provide administrative support services for the Information Technology Department by managing both internal and external business relations and coordinating and executing projects plans.

Responsibilities include:
Proven experience in maintaining a project plan for complex, cross-functional IT initiatives

Initiate and maintain IT department-wide communication plans including promotion of successes includes implementing the plans

Project and coordination responsibilities in support of other IT system implementations. Ownership and maintenance of distribution lists, presentation and agenda development as well as facility and space liaison for team meetings and activities.

Proactive and independent administration of management and department calendars.

Preparation and formulation of business communications ranging from letter and memo writing to presentations for employees, customers, vendors and company leadership.

General administration duties such as running and distributing standard reports, maintaining procedural documentation, coordination of travel arrangements for IT leadership group, organizational charts, meeting preparation and support.

Required Skills

Required Experience

Qualifications:
BS/BA preferred

2-5 years working in a corporate environment managing a variety of challenging assignments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Superior interpersonal and customer service skills when interacting with employees external business associates.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Must maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data at all times.

Works collaboratively and support efforts of IT Department.
