  • Work with client hospital IT, Clinical and Administrative staffs to communicate product functionality options, collect configuration preferences, configure product components, test and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist in giving product enrollment presentations, along with setting project goals and milestones for customer and internal staffs
  • Act as the main point of contact for components of specific customer accounts
  • Focus on executing and validating product enrollment process and evolving standard operating procedures
  • Work with management to develop and enhance current systems and procedures, track resources/costs, and establish time-frames for deliverables/receivables
  • Solicit & collect client feedback for product enhancement consideration
  • Maintain technical, business and domain competency as required to interact with IT, Clinical and Business staffs
  • Assist in the generation of Functional Specifications for new product modules and product enhancements
  • Focus on maintaining product training materials and conducting product training
  • Provide product support via helpdesk model
  • Develop commanding knowledge of MSA clinical products to accomplish points above

  • Required Skills

  • Requires a four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Nursing, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years practical experience in information technology, preferably within the hospital environment with at least one year of experience in a technical project leadership role
  • Experience interfacing clinical applications (HIS, EMR, LIS) within a hospital system including working understanding of network topology
  • Experience with HL7 (ADT & ORU) and Web Services
  • Experience with data management and relational databases (SQL Server) including ability to write SQL and understand/use data models
  • Experience with product implementations and ability to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Clinical System lifecycle
  • Strong trouble shooting abilities to interact technically with clients and internal staff
  • Must be able to exhibit strong organizational, multi-tasking and detailed oriented skills along with success under pressure
  • Experience as a medical professional, specifically in Solid Organ or Blood and Marrow Transplantation a huge plus
