POSITION SUMMARY:
ERP focused continuous improvement resource delivering
increased organizational utilization and proficiency of functional
ERP systems and supporting reporting, planning and production
utilities.

Identify, develop and lead tactical ERP Continuous Improvement
mapping improvements to increase the functional utilization of MS
Dynamics AX and supporting plug-in software across the division and
within department functionality.

Contribute to the organization's overall effectiveness as key
conduit to Corporate IT groups an, IT consultants assisting the
coordinated efforts of ERP improvements, ERP implementations,
increased ERP utilization, plug-in software sourcing and
development, training and continuous improvement.

Cognizant of upstream and downstream impact effectively
servicing Finance, Sales, Human Resources, Marketing, Quality,
Supply Chain, Operations and InterCo network capabilities when
developing, scoping, mapping, project managing process improvement
opportunities, actionable items, training and implementation
plans.

Achieve Finance requirements for all ERP and IT functional
improvements and implementations, particularly those functional ERP
areas that impact accounting, credit and debit material
transactions and regulatory/corporate reporting.

Supervise location's IT voice, data LAN and WAN
departments ensuring functionality and redundancy.

Work across the entire ERP module to improve process with
primary focus on supply and demand planning, MRP, Capacity, Atlas,
Production Ace, Nocturne, GeP, materials transactions, quality,
import/export, data integrity, user knowledge and financial
integrity.

Resource Corporate IT and IT consultant professionals for
projects requiring possible configuration, master tables, master
data and master parameter control improvements.

Develop cost/benefit and ROI as appropriate for projects and
present for management discussion and approval as needed.

Manage timelines to conclusion driving cost effective project
realization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Primary responsibility is to assist teams with cross functional
project planning, training, identifying implementation areas for
improvement, ensuring robust continuous improvement ERP
functionality and objectives are met.

Work day to day cross-functionally to identify improvement
opportunities: develop plans; project objectives; training and
actionable items to promote continuous improvement; increased
systems utilization; quality and cost savings.

Identify process gaps and under-utilized ERP functionality
across the division focusing on efficiencies, automated process
controls, quality, planning, finance reporting, fulfillment and
manufacturing improvements developing strategy and training
programs.

Identify and project manage ERP driven solutions, enhancements
and increased utilization championing process improvement, quality,
efficiency, paperless automations and process controls.

Identify needs, develop plans and schedule and perform
recurring ERP training across the organization addressing
corrective actions, preventive actions and process
improvement.

Champion fact-based decision making, effectively challenge
status quo and act as change agent as needed.

Assist, participate and lead as appropriate in various
projects, RFQ's, RFP's and process improvement development.

Maintain effective communication with all internal and external
customers.

Support GAC in its compliance with FDA, ISO, SOX and all other
regulatory requirements.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

:

Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point,
Access).

3+ years direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP software
including lead role during at least 2 implementations in a
manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical, organizational and process mapping
skills.

Ability to process information and ideas and extract key issues
and implications.

The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while
consistently meeting deadlines.

Pays attention to detail by striking an effective balance
between the details and the big picture.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will supervise IT LAN/WAN divisional site personnel with lead
role in projects and contributing to the work of others.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree required.

5 years of experience in ERP administration.

Microsoft Dynamics AX certification or 3 years of experience
administering AX, equivalent.

ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary office environment.

Work is generally performed in an office or cubicle,
sedentary.

The noise level in the work environment is usually
moderate.

Limited temperature fluctuations, air condition
environment.

Exposure to general manufacturing/distribution
environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is
regularly required to sit or stand, use hands, reach with hands and
arms, see, listen and speak.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate may be
required to bend, lift, move objects up to 50lbs.

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
